She has worked for a short tenure in a reputed CA firm M/s Vinod Kumar & associates as an assistant manager and has done her articleship from reputed CA firm M/s Shwetabh & Associates. During her overall experience, she has covered the statutory and internal audit of various listed and non-listed entities in various industries, conducting concurrent audits for various government and non-government entities. She focuses on compliance with laws, regulations, professional standards and code of conduct.

She specializes in financial modelling of the project, assets and company including sensitivity analysis to ensure lower cost and higher returns. She advises on capital structuring for cost control measures, budgeting for cash flows and planning. She has experience in handling valuation assignments of financial securities in various merger and acquisitions, preparing project report and feasibility study reports.

She oversees various practice areas of the firm as well as strategy development to execute assignments with unique perspective.
